1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing or using the Keyword Negation Helper for Amazon Ads Chrome extension (“Extension”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Extension.
2. Single Purpose
The Extension’s single purpose is to assist Amazon sellers by parsing Amazon Search Term Report CSV files and generating suggested negative keywords and/or ASIN lists for use in Amazon Ads. The Extension does not provide unrelated services.
3. No Data Collection by SellerRoot
The Extension performs all processing locally in your browser. SellerRoot does not collect, store, or transmit your uploaded CSV files or the negative lists generated by the Extension, unless you explicitly choose to share data with SellerRoot through separate channels (for example, submitting a free audit request on our website).
4. Downloads & Storage
The Extension offers an export/download feature so you can save a generated negative list to your device. Any data saved via export is stored by you and not by SellerRoot. The Extension may optionally use local browser storage to remember non-sensitive user preferences (e.g., last-used settings); this data remains on your device.
5. License
SellerRoot grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Extension for its intended purpose. You may not redistribute the Extension or remove any proprietary notices.
6. No Warranty
THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. SELLERROOT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC RESULTS OR REDUCTION IN AD SPEND.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SELLERROOT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE EXTENSION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) $100 OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO SELLERROOT FOR THE EXTENSION (IF ANY).
8. User Responsibility
You are responsible for verifying suggested negative keywords/ASINs before applying them to live campaigns. SellerRoot is not responsible for campaign performance, changes in Amazon policy, or results from applying suggested negatives.
9. Updates & Changes
SellerRoot may update or modify the Extension and these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes signifies acceptance. We recommend checking this page for updates periodically.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where SellerRoot is registered (please contact support@sellerroot.com for specifics). Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
